Terms of use
The terms covering this website. The terms covering the Label Craft application are separate and are agreed when you create an account.
1. Scope
These terms cover your use of this marketing website. Using the Label Craft application is governed by the service agreement you accept when you create an account, which takes precedence over anything here.
2. What this site is
An information and sign-up page. Nothing on it is a contractual offer or a warranty. Feature descriptions and prices reflect the product at the time of writing and can change; the plan matrix inside your account is what actually applies to you.
3. Performance figures
Speed and timing figures quoted on this site were measured on a mid-range 2021 laptop over domestic broadband, on a label carrying 1,482 linked rows. Your results depend on your hardware, network and label complexity. We publish the conditions so the numbers mean something; we do not present them as a guarantee.
4. Comparisons
Where this site compares Label Craft with other approaches, it describes common licensing and packaging patterns in the category rather than any single named product. Check any competitor’s current terms directly before relying on a comparison.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, its endpoints or its infrastructure.
- Do not submit other people’s personal data to the form.
- Do not scrape at a rate that degrades the service for others. If you want the content in bulk, read llms.txt or email us.
- Do not reproduce the site’s copy, design or trade marks as your own.
6. Intellectual property
The Label Craft name, logo, copy and design are ours. Third-party printer manufacturer names appear only to describe compatibility and remain the property of their owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership.
7. Links out
We link to other sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Availability
We aim to keep this site up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. It may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Application uptime is covered by your service agreement, not by this page.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
