## What it is

Label Craft replaces desktop label-design suites and printer-bundled utilities.
It runs in Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on Windows, macOS, Linux and
ChromeOS. The only optional local component is Printer Bridge, a small
self-updating helper installed once per site so the browser can reach thermal
and desktop printers on the local network.

- Offline tolerance: editing continues and print jobs queue in order when the
  connection drops, then sync on reconnect.

## Supported printers

Zebra, Honeywell, TSC, Godex, Citizen, SATO, Brother, Dymo, Epson and Toshiba
TEC, plus any printer with a working Windows or CUPS driver. Zebra and
ZPL-compatible hardware additionally receive native ZPL at the exact DPI set on
the label.

Payment is processed by Stripe; the application never stores card numbers. If a
payment fails, designing pauses after fourteen days and printing continues for
thirty, because labels are how product leaves the building.

Do I need to install anything? Designers do not. Printer Bridge is optional and
installs on one machine per site in under a minute.

Does it work offline? Yes. Edits save locally and print jobs queue; everything
syncs on reconnect.
